Mechanism Design
PDE will design of mechanisms of all types, whether they be driven electrically, hydraulically, pneumatically, or by human power or other means. Using current SolidWorks software these mechanisms can be readily analyzed for range of motion, interferences, and compatibility with off-the-shelf components such as gears, motors, hydraulic cylinders, and sensors.

3D Printing
Have an idea that you want to explore quickly but lack the resources or time to do so? Pinnacle can rapidly take your idea from napkin sketch to fully developed CAD model ready for 3D printing. We can follow through by arranging for creation and shipping of the completed parts via our preferred 3D printing vendors or work with a vendor of the customer's choosing.
Machined Part Design
With many years of experience working with veteran machinists PDE can provide machined part designs that are manufacturable, repeatable, and robust, keeping in mind the tooling and number of machine set-ups required. PDE can supply your machine shop with GD & T dimensioned drawings or with solid models in STEP, IGES, DXF, or STL format for direct CNC machining.
Weldments
PDE will design your weldment with consideration of such fabrication concerns as welder tip access, fixturing, heat warpage effects, lifting points, and minimization of material waste.
